Admissions & Registration

The Lakeland Community Hospital Watervliet Admitting/Registration Department is open 24 hours, seven days a week to better serve our patients.

The registration department is most easily accessed through the sliding doors labeled "Out Patient Services Entrance" on the North side of the building. If your visit is not an emergency, proceed directly to the registration area (look for the scrolling marquee sign). From there you will be directed to the appropriate department for service.

The Admissions Interviewer will prepare the chart for your visit. To properly complete the chart, the Interviewer will ask for your name and other basic information. The Interviewer will also ask to make copies of your insurance card(s). Even though you may have been a patient at Lakeland Community Hospital Watervliet in the past, our Interviews are required to verify your personal information at each visit. This process may seem tedious, but it is of vital importance in maintaining the accuracy of your medical record and forwarding information to the correct physician.
