Lakeland Continuing Care Center, Berrien Center is the only hospital-based skilled nursing facility in a 10-county region, offering traditional care and unique services for residents with multiple health care needs. It is a 166-bed center that is specially designed for patients to relearn living skills. This center also includes a 24 bed Alzheimers unit. |
