Lakeland Home Infusion Services provides professional home I.V. therapy to the tri-county area. We are committed to our common aim of care and compassion for all people who live in our communities.

Experienced Staff
Our offices are staffed by registered nurses and pharmacists who use state-of-the-art equipment and treatment to provide the best in therapeutic care. Our staff serves as a critical link between the patient and his or her physician. Services provided by the team include:

• Pharmacists and nurses dedicated solely to I.V. therapy
• Clinical drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic dosing
• Ongoing progress reports
• Home delivery of all medications, supplies and equipment
• Integration of all home health care related services
• 24-hour clinician availability

Home Infusion Services provides high-quality, individualized care to patients of all ages receiving home I.V. services. We provide cost-effective care to patients in the comfort of their homes. All I.V.  therapies are administered under the supervision of specialized nurses and pharmacists, dedicated exclusively to the Home Infusion team. Specialized therapies include:
