Rehabilitation

Technology
Lakeland also offers an important new technology in orthopedic surgery: computer-assisted joint replacement surgery. It combines the precision and accuracy of computer technology with the skill of the surgeon to offer state-of-the-art alignment, the key factor in quality outcomes. The computer system provides the orthopedic surgeon with real-time tracking of the surgical instruments during surgery as well as information on what adjustments can be made for the level of precision only possible with microscopic computerized assistance.
