- 5 panel drug screen and national criminal background check to be completed upon acceptance into
program of study requiring clinical time at facility. Results not older than 6 months from clinical start date

Fingerprint Information: If a student will have regular, ongoing, or direct access to any of the patient/resident populations listed below for 121 hours or more, they will be required to obtain fingerprints prior to beginning clinical privileges:
- Lakeland Specialty Hospital, Berrien Center
- Lakeland Continuing Care Center, St. Joseph
- Lakeland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph-Psychiatric Services
- Lakeland Homecare
- Lakeland Hospice
