AIM Support Group
This group is for persons using insulin pumps or for those taking multiple insulin shots daily. Held on the first Wednesday each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of Lakeland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph. Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS) Support Group
A support group for persons with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), their families, or loved ones. Meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Trinity Ministry Center, 619 Main Street, St. Joseph. Alert, Well, and Keeping Energetic (AWAKE)

Brain Injury Support Group

Breathe Easier Club
Join a support group for individuals with chronic breathing problems. Family and support persons are welcome to attend. Held the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at the Frederick S. Cancer Support Group — Niles
This group is for patients, family members and caregivers. Please come share your successes, feelings, fears, and practical methods of coping with the physical and emotional aspects of living with the diagnosis of cancer. Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) Michiana
DBSA offers education and support to adults age 18 and older who have been diagnosed with bipolar or depression as well as family members with a relative diagnosed with one of these illnesses. Families Living with Diabetes

Man to Man — Prostate Cancer Support Group
This is a forum for anyone that is interested in learning about prostate cancer and male health issues through presentations, written materials, and videos. The group meets the third Tuesday of each month at the Trinity Center in St. Joseph, at 6:30 p.m., to help men and their families cope with and understand prostate cancer treatment options and quality of life issues after treatment. Rainbows of Hope Cancer Support Group
This support group is for cancer patients, family members, and caregivers. Southwest Michigan Ostomy Association
This is a monthly support group to improve the quality of life for people who have an ostomy or who may be candidates for an ostomy. Meetings will feature discussion topics highlighted with speakers as well as the opportunity to meet other ostomates. The goal of the group is to provide support, advocacy, and education for ostomates and their families or caregivers. The group is affiliated with the United Ostomy Association of America.
