a free, internet-based tool that provides you
with secure access to your medical information that is released at the discretion of your
physicians and medical providers.

Patients who are enrolled with Lakeland myChart can check account balances, manage appointments, request medication refills, communicate with their provider, and view
lab and imaging results.
