(ST. JOSEPH) – On Saturday, December 1, the Women’s Health Center at Southwestern Medical Clinic, St. Joseph, located at 3950 Hollywood Road, Suite 100, will host a holiday open house from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Guests can enjoy free seasonal beverages and pastry samples from Bearclaw Coffee Company while learning about the services provided at the practice.
During the event, Barbara Carlson, MD, and Mary Beth Good, PA-C, will be on hand to discuss women’s health issues including common misconceptions about HPV and mammograms. In addition to offering medical spa services, the Women’s Health Center provides well-women services including breast cancer risk counseling, contraception counseling and management, pap smears, and other routine gynecological and general medicine services.
Almond Pond, Skincare Specialist, recently joined the practice and will be available to answer questions about skincare products and services. All medical spa products will be discounted 30 percent during the open house. There will also be an opportunity to win door prizes and receive free product.
“We will also offer a voucher for a free skincare treatment for clients who bring a guest who is new to our practice. The guest will receive one, too,” said Pond.
