New Chief Operating Officer Named for Lakeland Medical Practices
(ST. JOSEPH) – Kendall Troyer, of Watervliet, has been named Chief Operating Officer for Lakeland Medical Practices. In this new role, Troyer will oversee daily operations and guide the strategic direction for 24 physician office locations throughout Berrien County. Troyer has served for the last two years as Project Director for the implementation of ConnectCare, Lakeland HealthCare’s electronic health record system. Prior to that position, he served as Director of Outpatient Services, Lakeland Health Park. Troyer began his career in November 1995 at Lakeland as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist for Lakeland Laboratory. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Michigan State University.
