Go Slow Whoa Foods continued on the concept of what are healthy food choices, how to change recipes to make food healthier, what amount of calories should someone their age have. Also learned to balance the types of foods so you don't eat all one kind. (Learned that you can have more of Go less of Slow and not too many Whoa Foods!)
