

May 7 - Decrease Your Screen Time
One of the Activ8 KIDS! goals is 2 hours or
less of screen time each day. We made activity catchers that had alternate ideas
of things to do rather than watch TV, play video games, and use the computer
recreationally.
We also role played scenarios that are common when you
are trying to cut down on your screen time. We used examples of when your
friends and family are asking you to join them in playing video games or
watching a TV show.
