Q: My future employer requested that I have a drug test done prior to the start of my employment. What do I need to bring with me to your facility? A: If your future employer requests a drug test prior to employment please call the Lakeland Scheduling Line at 269-556-2810 or 800-791-2810. Please bring the following information and/or paperwork with you:
- The company name, address, contact person, and telephone number of the future employer.
- A list of the drugs to be tested.
- Any paperwork or forms you may have received from the future employer regarding your drug testing.
