Health Resource Centers Health information is also available to patients, visitors and family members from the Buchanan Area Health Resource Library, located at the Niles hospital, and the Community Health Resource Center at the Lakeland Center for Outpatient Services, St. Joseph. A wide variety of current books, audio/visual materials, periodicals and brochures are available through these community lending libraries.
