Dr. Wiet is board-certified and fellowship trained in Otolaryngology and Neurotology; he has been an Examiner for both the American Board of Otolaryngology and the Board of Neurotology.
In 2011, Dr.Wiet was awarded the award for Professional Excellence Award by the Acoustic Neuroma Association (ANA). He is only on of three physcians to ever recieve this award.
