Dr. Wiinamaki is the Director of Christian Counseling and Psychological Services, and is a licensed clinical psychologist as well as a licensed counselor in Michigan. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cedarville College, a master's degree in Counseling and Guidance from Southwest Texas State University, and a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from George Fox University. She has been practicing as a therapist since 1988, and she received her Doctor of Psychology degree from George Fox University in Newberg, OR in 1993.
Her experience as a therapist includes working with issues such as depression, anxiety, the impact of childhood sexual and physical abuse in adults, personality disorders, premarital and marital therapy, family therapy, relationship problems, group psychotherapy, and adjustment issues. Her interests in the field of psychology include psychopharmacology, the integration of psychology and spiritual issues, and personal growth issues. Dr. Wiinamaki also provides divorce mediation and coaching services.
