Why choose Community Bone & Joint?
Whether you’re experiencing pain in your elbows, wrists, knees, shoulders, hips, feet or ankles, we can diagnose and treat your joint condition. Our team of professionals have years of experience and are exceptionally skilled in a range of general and specialized orthopedic medicine. If surgery is part of your treatment plan, your procedure may be performed in our office or at the hospital. In some cases, our patients can go home to recover without an overnight stay. Whenever possible, we use arthroscopic surgery and other minimally invasive surgical techniques to promote rapid healing.

Appointments
Our patients are usually referred to us by their family doctor for care. However, a doctor’s referral isn’t necessary to request an appointment. For your first appointment, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled visit to allow time for any necessary paperwork.
You will need to bring the following items with you:
- Insurance cards including Medicarer Medicaid
- Any prior X-rays for the condition for which you are being seen
- Completed medical history forms sent to you by our office
If you cannot keep an appointment, please call us at (269) 463-3733 at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to schedule another patient for this time and helps us serve our patients more efficiently.
