This free class is led by a certified Tai Chi for arthritis instructor and meets Tuesdays from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the Kinney and Ward Conference Rooms at the Marie Yeager Cancer Center. The class helps improve muscle strength, flexibility, and balance for patients, caregivers, and volunteers of the Cancer Center. Preregistration and a physician’s release are required.
