myWeigh to Health is not a quick fix; it is an effective lifestyle approach treatment option led by a team of dedicated professionals including registered dietitians, health coaches, and certified fitness professionals.

Weekly meetings include:

•  Accountability and support
• Opportunities to learn and practice new skills
• Practical handouts and weekly challenges
• Weigh-ins

12 week commitment includes:

• Regular weekly sessions AND
•  consultation with Registered Dietitian
• Private one-hour
•  nutrition
• One half-hour, private coaching session with your choice of health coach, registered dietitian, or certified fitness professional.
