Regina Ciaravino Joins Lakeland Health Foundations

(ST. JOSEPH) – The Lakeland Health Foundations recently welcomed Regina Ciaravino as Consultant for Grant Management and Annual Giving. In this role, Regina coordinates the annual fund operations for the Lakeland Health Foundations. She also oversees fundraising activities of the annual fund, the grateful patient program, grant writing, legacy giving, and will participate in capital campaigns.
Prior to joining Lakeland, Regina served for over 14 years as Director of Chamber Development for the Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce, where she was responsible for membership attraction and retention, scheduling networking opportunities, business education seminars, member benefits, non-dues revenue programs, and advertising opportunities for the Cornerstone Chamber membership.
Regina has been very active in the community on a number of boards and committees, including United Way of Southwest Michigan, the Human Resource Council of Southwestern Michigan, YWCA, Lake Michigan College Alumni, Cornerstone Alliance Women’s Business Center, and Governor Jennifer Granholm’s Benton Harbor Youth Works Committee. She has also served in a leadership position on the 100 Women Strong Board of Directors. For the 2012 and 2014 Senior PGA Championship presented by KitchenAid®, Regina was selected as chair of the “Championship Office” with plans to continue this role in 2016.
Regina is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management, where she earned an I.O.M. (Institute for Organizational Management) designation in June 2005 from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Additionally, she is a 2006 graduate from the Lake Michigan College Community Leadership Academy.
Established in 1984, the Lakeland Health Foundations have raised millions of dollars in gifts over the years to help fund new and updated facilities, purchase state-of-the-art medical equipment, provide educational scholarships for hospital employees, and sponsor a wide array of community benefit and outreach programs.
