Seth Miller, MD

"The most important thing the I do is listen to my patients. This is necessary in guiding to the correct diagnosis as well as establishing expectations and determining if surgery is desirable within the context of a patients overall desires and goals."

Dr. Miller served 12 years in the United States military and most recently practiced bariatric and general surgery as Chief of General Surgery at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. Dr. Miller received his doctorate of medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science/Chicago Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his residency in general surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. Dr. Miller is a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS). He has been involved in numerous research projects and published in several publications.

Teri Peak, DNP, FNP

“It’s a privilege to develop a relationship and care for each of our patients throughout their weight loss journey. I find it particularly rewarding when they are able to reach a healthy place in their life and resolve co-morbidities they once faced.”

Teri has been a nurse practitioner since 2005 and began her career at the Lakeland Weight Loss Center in 2010. In 2016, she earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Frontier Nursing University. Her research focused on shared medical appointments for bariatric patients prior to surgery – an idea she has begun to implement within the center.

Rebecca Wolff, NP

"I am looking forward to sharing my passion for staying active and eating healthy with my patients to help reduce their risk for chronic conditions while maintaining a healthy lifestyle."

Rebecca earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a family nurse practitioner certification from Spring Arbor University. She has over 10 years of clinical experience working at Spectrum Health Lakeland in the emergency department and with the vascular access team. Wolff is a Member of the American Association for Nurse Practitioners.

Robin Hebard, RD

"We have the privilege of working closely with each patient and supporting them throughout their journey to better health. It is extremely rewarding to see patients make lifestyle changes and achieve their goals, and the overall happiness and success it brings into their lives."

Robin has spent over half her career working with weight management and bariatric patients. She earned a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from Andrews University and completed a dietetic internship through Andrews University at IU Health Goshen Hospital. Robin is certified in obesity and weight management and is a current member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.

Corina Spalding, RD

"I believe that weight loss is a personal journey that encompasses so much more than just food. I value the opportunity to get to know patients to support changes that work for their individual lives to create sustainable weight loss and behavior change."

Corina earned a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from Andrews University. She completed a dietetic internship through Corewell Health in Southwest Michigan.
