Learn about what happens during a stroke, the different kinds of strokes, and how to identify and decrease the risk factors for having one. This class will help you identify the stressors in your life that may be affecting your physical, social, mental, and emotional well-being. 6. Fitness to the Core
Regular physical activity performed on most days of the week reduces the risk of developing or dying from some of the leading causes of illness in the United States. This class explores the different elements of fitness and its benefits on the individual's overall health.
