Laboratory representatives are available to answer your questions from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. These laboratory professionals are available to address any questions regarding:

Forensic Drug and Alcohol Program

Lakeland laboratory provides urine drug screening/confirmation and breath-alcohol testing for more than 300 area businesses. Services include on-site specimen collection; management of random lottery; and certified training for forensic urine and breath-alcohol personnel. Homebound Phlebotomy Services

The laboratory provides phlebotomy services to homebound patients when requested by a physician who also certifies that the patient meets the homebound criteria of Medicare. The service is offered Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., except on holidays.

Community Health Screens

In collaboration with the Margaret Beckley Upton Center for Health Enhancement, the laboratory provides testing for community health screens, such as glucose and cholesterol, prostate specific antigen and colorectal occult blood testing.
