Our Team
Cynde Small, DNP
Cynde currently serves as the supervisor of the Whirlpool Occupational Health Clinic. Cynde spent years with Lakeland as a nursing supervisor, at the same time she was a nursing instructor at Lake Michigan College. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Walden University, obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University, and completed a Bachelor's of Science degree at Andrews University. Cynde is a member of many professional organizations, including the National League of Nursing and American and Michigan Nurses Association.
Kimberly Felton, NP
Kimberly has also been part of the Lakeland family for years. Before becoming a member of the Executive Health team, Kimberly worked as a nursing Education Instructor at Lake Michigan College at the same time she served as a Clinical Resource Nurse at Lakeland Medical Center in St. Joseph. Kimberly has cared for patients over many different specialties, including: neurology, oncology and medical and surgical rehabilitation. She received a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Andrews University after completing a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Northern Michigan University. Kimberly is board certified in medical-surgical nursing and basic cardiac life support.
