Double Check Your First Paystub

Lakeland team members should double check their first paystub of the year to ensure deductions and earnings are correctly calculated.
Thursday, January 11 is the first paycheck of the new year. Please review the paystub and help us ensure that your deductions and earnings are correct.
Specifically, please look at the following benefit deductions:
• Medical insurance
• Dental insurance
• Vision insurance
• Supplemental Life
• Dependent Life
• Flexible Spending Account – medical and/or dependent child care
• Health Savings Account
If you are eligible to receive the Wellness Incentive, be sure the appropriate earnings appear on your paycheck (this could be $6, $12, or $18 if you met the partial incentive or $25, $50, or $75 if the full incentive was met). This will be noted under “Earnings” beneath your Regular Salary/Earnings.
For team members who elected Flexible Spending for 2018, the debit cards are now loaded and you can begin to use your card. New VISA flex spending cards are only sent if you are new to the benefit for 2018 or your current VISA card has expired or will be expiring.
New ASR ID cards will be issued to all team members. The new cards should arrive at your home the week of January 15.
