Effective November 13, look for Chaplaincy Services staff and volunteers to don gray lab coats as they go about their duties caring for the spiritual needs of patients at Lakeland Medical Center, St. Joseph. This pilot project is an effort to make Chaplaincy Services easier to identify, as the department currently wears a variety of uniforms and professional attire. “Our goal is for associates to find us easily, so that we can enhance the great work of caring they do,” said Randy Miota, Manager of Chaplaincy Services. The project will continue for the fiscal year.
