Custom Pizza Spices Up The Atrium Café

Lunch and dinner at The Atrium Café just got tastier with the addition of a pizza building station. Team members can build a made to order pizza at the station by choosing a crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. With hundreds of possible combinations, diners can try something different every day.

“We added made to order pizzas based on customer requests,” said Jodie Hardesty, RDN, Director, Nutrition Services. “This allows us to offer fresh, nutritious food while providing a customized dining experience.”

Loren B. Hamel, MD, President & CEO visited last week to cook up his signature pizza, The CEO. Combining a wood-fired crust, pizza sauce, mozzarella, fresh parmesan, sundried tomatoes, and basil, The CEO will be a regular option on the menu. In addition to Dr. Hamel’s creation, the café is taking suggestions for a second signature pizza to be offered daily. Stop by the café to submit your suggestions and create your own perfect combination.
