Custom Pizza Spices Up The Atrium Café

Lunch and dinner at The Atrium Café just got tastier with the addition of a pizza building station. Team members can build a made to order pizza at the station by choosing a crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. With hundreds of possible combinations, diners can try something different every day.

, Director, Nutrition Services. “This allows us to offer fresh, nutritious food while providing a customized dining experience.”

, President & CEO visited last week to cook up his signature pizza, The CEO. Combining a wood-fired crust, pizza sauce, mozzarella, fresh parmesan, sundried tomatoes, and basil, The CEO will be a regular option on the menu. In addition to Dr. Hamel’s creation, the café is taking suggestions for a second signature pizza to be offered daily.
