We want to motivate you to move! Southwest Michigan has so much to offer in terms of physical fitness! Quarterly Get Fit in the Mitt video episodes will help you discover affordable, local, and unique exercise activities. Finding an exercise activity you enjoy is essential when developing a regular fitness routine because you’re more inclined to do it and stick with it.

Be proactive about health today, for you and your family. Once you decide to adopt a healthier lifestyle, make it a priority! Videos, v-logs, and weekly blogs will help support you throughout your journey, but you are ultimately responsible for your own success.

The Veggie Van™, a mobile farmers market, served 13 counties throughout Michigan this year, ensuring that free fruits and vegetables were available to individuals who otherwise had limited access.
