Lakeland is committed to reaching beyond our healthcare facilities to help meet the health and wellness needs of our community. The Population Health department serves people of all ages in our community through a wide array of health and wellness education and community benefit programs. These programs are designed to help enhance the quality of life for the residents of southwest Michigan.

This program is for grieving people and covers topics such as why you feel the way you do; how to cope with loss, guilt and regret; and finding a sense of peace. Each seven-week session meets for an hour and 30 minutes of information and sharing. It is free of charge and open to anyone in the community.
