The Population Health department serves people of all ages in our community through a wide array of health and wellness education and community benefit programs. These programs are designed to help enhance the quality of life for the residents of southwest Michigan.

Designed for first-time parents, this series of 3 classes offers a tour of the BirthPlace and covers the topics of relaxation and breathing techniques, labor and delivery, medical interventions, Cesarean birth, postpartum care, and newborn care.
