Meeting the Needs of Our Community

Lakeland is committed to reaching beyond our healthcare facilities to help meet the health and wellness needs of our community. The Population Health department serves people of all ages in our community through a wide array of health and wellness education and community benefit programs. These programs are designed to help enhance the quality of life for the residents of southwest Michigan.
