Smoke Free Sessions

Choosing to quit smoking is a gift your give to yourself -  and one of the best ways to avoid heart disease.

Smoking reduces oxygen flow to your heart by speeding the buildup of plaque and changing the health of your blood vessels. This increases your risk for heart attack. Quitting helps reduce smoking's harmful effects. Ready-To-Quit-Smoking-Class-WEB
