1 Cup Leafy Greens +

1 Cup Liquid Base +

1 1/2 Cups Ripe Fruit

 

Spinach

Kale

Swiss Chard

Power Green Mix

 

Coconut Water

Coconut Milk

Almond Milk

Cashew Milk

Soy Milk*

Plain Kefir*

1/2 Cup Plain Kefir + 1/2 Cup Other Liquid*

1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt + 1/2 Cup Other Liquid*

 

Banana

Berries

Mango

Peach

Pineapple

Orange

Grapes

Apple

Pear

Boost It!
Chia seeds
Flaxmeal
Natural Peanut Butter*
Almond Butter*
Avocado
Wheat Germ

  1. Blend leafy greens and liquid base together first
