Process for participating at Lory's Place
- Call or contact us anytime to begin the process. The staff member who takes your call will ask for basic information such as your name, address, who died and when.
- The Bereavement Coordinator will return your call within one business day of your initial call. You will discuss if Lory’s Place is the right service for you or your family at this time. You will receive information about an orientation meeting or be given referrals.

Grief rarely operates on a regular schedule, which means you need access to resources and support no matter what the time of day or night. You can be assured that someone will be available to answer your call 24 hours a day seven days a week, whenever you may need it.
