(ST. JOSEPH) – Debbie Lull RN, BSN, MSA, was recently appointed as Chief Nursing Officer for Post-Acute Care Services and Director of Nursing for Pine Ridge: A Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. In this role she works closely with other healthcare leaders to enhance the care of patients in the post-acute and end-of-life phases, with oversight of nursing services at Pine Ridge.

She received her Diploma of Nursing from Bronson Methodist Hospital School of Nursing and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Grand Valley State University. In addition, Lull received a Master’s of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Health Administration from Central Michigan University with an anticipated graduation of 2018.

Lull is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and currently serves as Vice President of the Board for Senior Nutrition Services of Southwest Michigan. She is secretary for the Michigan Organization of Nurse Executives, West Michigan Chapter and was recently added to the Andrew’s University School of Nursing Advisory Council.

“I believe in providing the utmost dignity and respect to individuals seeking care for their medical needs across the continuum of care,” said Lull. “By enhancing our nursing quality, professionalism, and culture our patients will continue to receive the safe, compassionate care they deserve.”
