Refresh Your Water Habits with a Reusable Water Bottle from Spectrum Health

Spectrum Health leadership would like to once again thank everyone for going above and beyond to support each other and our communities this past winter. For that reason, and to help us focus on ongoing sustainability and healthy lifestyles, each team member will receive a reusable water bottle when they attend a Refresh event. (If you are unable to attend, please ask your manager for more information about how to receive your water bottle.)

During the inclement weather this past winter, team members truly displayed our core values of compassion, collaboration, curiosity, and courage to support staff and provide patient care and customer service. These system-wide efforts included the following:

• More than 430 rides were coordinated to transport team members to work
• 12,000 miles were covered by Spectrum Health At Home team members
• More than 200 team members were housed overnight
• Priority Health’s Member Center remained open and team members who lived closer to the office assisted in staffing
• Many departments adjusted schedules, timelines, meetings, and classes
• Emergency preparedness teams throughout the system planned proactively and responded to immediate needs
