(NILES) – Spectrum Health Lakeland is pleased to welcome Raul Torres, DO, to the medical staff. Dr. Torres will practice alongside John Howard, MD, Rosa Johnson, DO, Douglas Tacket, DO, and Tracy Tacket, DO, at Lakeland Primary Care, Longmeadow, formerly known as Lakeland Family Medicine, Niles. The practice is located at 4 Longmeadow Village Drive, Suite 2 in Niles. In addition to caring for patients of all ages, he will also oversee the general medical education residency program at the practice.
Dr. Torres is board-certified in family medicine. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to complete his residency at Lakeland. Dr. Torres is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. His special interests include wound care, sports medicine, and osteopathic manipulation.
