For team members and spouses covered under the Lakeland medical plan and participating in the myHealth program, biometrics are due by May 31 to be eligible for the 2019 financial incentive.

This year, a new feature allows you to check your myHealth status on the ASR Health Benefits Portal by logging into your account at www.asrhealthbenefits.com, then going to the Health Engagement Tab and clicking on Program Tracker. Team members and spouses must log in to their own portal.

myHealth also requires team members to complete a myLearning module by October 31. The current module, “Trauma and Toxic Stress,” is now available for viewing. Please use the “Search” feature to find and watch the presentation. You must watch until the end and complete the question to receive credit.

The Veggie Van™, a mobile farmers market, served 13 counties throughout Michigan this year, ensuring that free fruits and vegetables were available to individuals who otherwise had limited access. Through their partnership, 46,466 free pieces of produce were distributed to Michigan families in 2023.
