Collection Instructions

Patient preparation:
• Do not eat or drink for 1 hour prior to taking the test
• Do not take any of the following medications for 2 weeks prior to test:
1. All antibiotics
2. Bismuth preparations such as Pepto-Bismol
3. Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs)

• Sample obtained with BreathTek UBT Collection Kit
• Two (2) breath samples are to be collected following instructions in collection kit
A baseline breath sample is collected before administration of "Pranactin-Citric"
A post-dose sample is collected 15 minutes after ingestion of "Pranactin-Citric"
