Lakeland Announces New Orthopedics/Neurology Patient Care Manager

(ST. JOSEPH) – Lakeland HealthCare has appointed Stefanie Greybar of town St. Joseph as Patient Care Manager of the Orthopedics/Neurology unit at Lakeland Medical Center, St. Joseph. In her new role, Stefanie ensures quality, safe care for patients and directs floor initiatives for the staff.
Stefanie began her nursing career as a staff nurse in the Orthopedics/Neurology unit in 2007. Most recently, she held the position of Clinical Resource Nurse in the Post-Surgical Care department. In addition to her experience at Lakeland, she has also worked as an adjunct nursing instructor at Lake Michigan College.
A native of LaPorte, Indiana, Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hope College.
