Our community-based programs address the most urgent needs and aim to strengthen trust between Lakeland and the community we serve. Programs provide free blood pressure screenings, mental health training, education for diabetes and hypertension management, and mentoring programs for young adults. Our goal is to provide programs that meet the specific and varied needs of our community while collaborating with schools and universities, art centers, housing complexes, food co-ops, barbershops, faith institutions, and other health care organizations.
