Pod 3 Exercises

PARCOURSE Pod 3

Vertical Press:

  1. Place back firmly against backrest with abdominals tight.
  2. Grip handles and push upward in a controlled manner.
  3. Return slowly to starting position and repeat.

Vertical Press (wheelchair adaptation):

  1. Move into proper position and stabilize mobility device.
  2. Grip handles and push upward in a controlled manner.
  3. Return slowly to starting position and repeat.

Cardio Walker:

  1. Carefully place hands on rail and feet securely on foot pedals.
  2. Using right leg, push pedal forward then follow with left in smooth striding motion.
  3. To exit, slowly decrease speed returning to starting position.

Chin-up Station:

  1. Grip bar in desired hand location.
  2. Using arms, pull body upward until shoulders are level with the bar.
  3. Slowly return body to starting position and repeat.
