PARCOURSE Pod 8

Lat Pull Down:

  1. Place back firmly against backrest.
  2. Grip handles and pull downward in a controlled manner.
  3. Return slowly to starting position and repeat.

Lat Pull Down (wheelchair adaptation):

  1. Move into proper position and stabilize mobility device.
  2. Grip handles and pull downward in controlled manner.
  3. Return slowly to starting position and repeat.

Plyometric Box:

  1. Stand facing Plyometric Box with both feet on ground and shoulder width apart.
  2. Bend knees and jump upward toward center of Plyometric Box landing with knees bent.
  3. Slowly stand then return body to starting position and repeat.
