Business Office

Our business office is here to serve you. We offer extended service hours--Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for patients coming in to make payments on their accounts. Payments are made at the information desk that is conveniently located directly inside the hospital's main entrance.

We know that billing statements can sometimes be complicated and difficult to read. Lakeland Community Hospital Watervliet has a full time Accounts Receivable Coordinator on staff to assist patients with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your account. The Account Coordinator is available in person or by telephone during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
